Small PR refining the Portuguese translations for 4 project files. The first pass got too literal in a few places — this makes the wording sound more natural.\n\nFiles affected:\n- apps/web/src/content/projects/pt/links.mdx\n- apps/web/src/content/projects/pt/massage-alternativa.mdx\n- apps/web/src/content/projects/pt/pokedex.mdx\n- apps/web/src/content/projects/pt/return-to-mortia.mdx\n\nNo behavior change. Just words.
