Delete branch "feat/user-names-rollout"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Extends user name resolution to the remaining panel surfaces that displayed raw or truncated Discord IDs (Tickets, Suggestions, Badge holders, Member details mod logs), using the resolve_user_names batch utility against the guild_members cache and the UserDisplay component (username primary, click-to-copy ID, "(saiu)" fallback).
