The v3.14.x announcement drafts hallucinated a fake mention-formatting feature and referred to Yue in the third person. Fixes all three root causes:

  • Draft context now includes the title and body of each PR referenced in the release notes (fail-soft, capped at 5), which is real material about what changed for users, instead of only the one-line conventional-commit subject.
  • Both announcement prompts require first person and forbid Yue from referring to herself by name.
  • lastAnnouncedReleaseTag is now written only on execute (when at least one message was actually sent) instead of at draft generation, so generating a draft without sending no longer hides the release as announced. The tag travels through the optional releaseTag field in the preview payload.
