The new /docs area supersedes the hand-written commands page, so it goes away:

/extras/comandos now redirects to /docs/comandos, the 1150-line hand-maintained ExtrasCommands page is deleted, and every internal link to it (login footer, Extras nav, Extras home card) points to the generated docs.
Adds a Docs link to the login header and a Docs button to the panel topbar.
Adds SEO entries for /docs, /docs/comandos and /docs/guias.
About page: FAQ entry pointing to the documentation and wording fixes (dash-as-dash removed).
Trims the shared extras components down to what is still used.
