Summary

add an Owner-controlled text-only fallback for Yue on Discord
keep Mistral as the primary runtime and preserve Agent tools, sources, and attachments on primary success
keep natural user prompts separate from Mistral-specific image and web-search instructions
reuse the global Custom Provider model and reasoning settings
keep Ella and Yue fallback toggles independent
support Custom-only degraded text operation when Mistral is unavailable

Safety

only typed availability failures can trigger fallback
image and web-search requests degrade to safe text without false tool claims
fallback is one-way and single-pass
Discord responses do not expose runtime details
runtime events use normalized technical fields only

Validation

GitHub Actions passed on Node 24: lint, type-check, test, and build.
